From a few days ago:
[name removed]: Is this the "kid" who walks up and down the alley pan handling from anyone anytime of the day, long pony tail, wild hair when its loose? He has harrassed all of the "old" neighbors up and down the alley not to mention our very doors if it is him you are talking about. I have seen him up on their porches with each and every family that has lived in both of those 4 plexs and either or both bumming cigerates and beer and/or trying to "sell" them "hot" merchandise. Heck one time he hollered through my gate and asked me if I wanted to buy a viberaterator, another time he wanted a cigerate. Along with the rest of this god-forbidden neighborhood he is just one more 2-legged pest that has found a way to survive in this neighborhood. Like the 4-legged rat living under my porch! Hello this neighborhood has gone from bad to worse in ONLY 2 years. Anyway, please let me know the if this is the guy I call the police about or do I just call the police on any person who appears to be a Pacfic Islander? Thats one thing in our favor they look alike. The mother works for City Light as a janitor on the night shift. Has anyone went over and checked on [name removed]?
Speaking of this incident with the [name removed] boy (pony tail, shorts, t-shirt w/shirt unbuttoned) I saw some activity going on last Friday morning when I left for work which was about 7:40 am. I pulled out and was looking in rear view mirror as I waited for my gate to close as it does not always close and needs assistance, anyway, a pickup truck had just "speeded" down the alley going South and I think that was why I was looking back there. The next thing I know an African American male (looked from a distance just like that "punk" that lives behind [name removed]unit) came running in my direction but then cut off between 2 houses in the direction of Courtland Pl and another man swinging a big stick and what looked like an Asian woman were chasing him, then another Aferican American man came walking towards where "they" all ran up between the 2 houses and he was on the cell phone. I could tell by his "animated" conversation he was having that he was calling the police. Then the police car is going past the alley (towards Rainer Ave) w/lights on buy no siren and I'm saying to myself "dang girl, you better get out of here before you get caught in some cross fire or become someones hostage" so I left and I don't have a clue what happened after that except your now recent incident. I think "they are hungry" and now they are getting desperate and "hitting close to home". They had been keeping to cars only but, now that they are moving they might figure they can do whatever they want to. They will also come back to the neighborhood once the parents move away because this is "their turff"!
Next topic: Yes, I heard that they had sold to the "slum landlord" behind us who has now allowed 2 Section 8 familys to people who are not only quickly destroing the insides of his units but, are destroing our neighborhood (his too) in less than 3 months! Its disgusting! ALL HE CARES ABOUT IS MONEY!
Not only did they or someone they know "smash our fence down WITHIN 1 WEEK OF LIVING THERE", the woman leaves ALL 6-8 OF THOSE kids there ONLY attended by "young men" who come walking out onto the deck rubbing their eyes "when she comes home and in the meantime the other 6 kids have been going wild and litteraly hanging from the decks over there (someones going to fall any day now--those kids are "hefty" boys leaning all over that guard rail)
Now there is "that other kid" over there who has moved in walking up and down the alley "slapping a young girl w/a baby in her arms in the alley, kicking at her, then they went up to the deck and he started pushing her, kicking at her, slapping at her head, then she sat down and he kept doing this kind of things to her. She WOULDN'T LEAVE! SHE DID NOT EVEN TRY TO LEAVE! This went on for over a week. Every single evening and weekends! NOW, the young girl (maybe 12) in the "other Section 8 unit to the South of me has started dressing like she's "looking for SOME", she has hooked up with a couple of 12-13 yr old white girls who sit over there and smoke on their outside stairs NOW THEY HAVE ALL HOOKED UP WITH THAT "SLIM BALL KID" in the other 4 plex to the North of me!!!!! So what have I been witnessing? Child abuse, contributing to a minor (the mother, [name removed], of the girl ([name removed])who lives there is at home, walking in and out of her house with her adult brothers who live there also witnessing exactly the same thing I am seeing. In fact I would think that [name removed]and [name removed] could see at least the people's behaviour and actions in the 4-plex to the North of me just as easy as I can. So, these PEOPLE have CLEARLY DEMONSTRATED the TYPE of neighbors they plan on being! PLUS, THE SLUM LANDLORD has CLEARLY DEMONSTRATED that he doesn't give a damn about how his property looks like, let alone how the neighorhood looks because of the TENANTS HE ALLOWES TO BEHAVE THIS WAY! NOW THE SAME SLUM LANDLORD IS PLANNING ON TEARING DOWN THE HEFFA HOUSE AND BUILDING 2 MORE 4 PLEXS ON THAT PROPERTY!!!!!! MORE SECTION 8!!!! THERE GOES THE NEIGHBORHOOD IN 2 EASY YEARS!
Oh yeah, call the cops and they come out here with just as bad of attitude towards YOU as the "trash" that is now living across the alley from our condo's! They come here and treat YOU like YOU ARE THE PROBLEM! So what do you do? We USED TO HAVE A VERY ACTIVE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION. People from here and around the neighborhood would get together BUT, now that's gone! Those people who truly cared and tried to make a difference in improving this neighood GAVE UP and MOVED AWAY! You know what "THAT SOUNDS LIKE A DAMN GOOD IDEA TO ME!
Good luck! I've tried for almost 5 years and trust me "this neighborhood is MUCH WORSE, at least from the view of my windows looking out, than it was 2 years ago!
